Carpentry and built-ins
Wardrobes, TV consoles, shoe cabinets, and bay window or balcony daybeds, built in our own workshop rather than outsourced.
Full condo overhaul
Complete renovation across every room, run as one coordinated project instead of a string of separate trades.
Space planning
Reworking how a unit’s rooms connect, including hacking or building non-structural walls where the layout allows it.
Electrical and plumbing
Rewiring, lighting circuits, and pipe rerouting, planned alongside the design so nothing gets patched in after the fact.

Yin Tian’s Pte Ltd began as a contractor, carrying out the builds for major Singapore interior design firms. That work meant reading someone else’s drawings and making them stand up in the real world, on real sites, on real deadlines.
Over time we started catching the gaps between a beautiful rendering and a renovation that actually holds up. So we grew into a full interior design firm ourselves, one that designs with a contractor’s sense of what’s practical, and builds with a designer’s attention to finish.
For condo owners, that combination shows up as an affordable, one-stop service. You’re not paying for a design firm’s markup on top of a separate contractor’s markup. You’re paying one team that does both.
